Description

TrustPoint Contact Reader is designed to secure access to High Security facilities where the contactless interface is not permitted.

TrustPoint Readers perform a PKI Challenge to verify the Personal Authentication Key (PAK) in less than 1.0 seconds after PIN entry (Note: speed is based on the Card Provider). Delivers the most secure form of 2-Factor authentication available per NIST 800-116

Description

TrustPoint 2-Factor Contactless Readers provide “hybrid” solution that combines FICAM CAK challenge-response plus Pin to panel for industry standard 2-factor authentication.

Existing PACS can utilize PIV credentials in a FICAM approved 1-Factor contactless mode with the additional security of Pin to Panel authentication.
